Rashmi Mandloi, Managing Partner BD Foundation leads the Diversity & Inclusion initiative in South Asia. Her professional experience spans over 17 years with multinational organisations across South Asia. She has been with Biz Divas Foundation since thea inception in 2012 and has focused exclusively in fostering a culture of Inclusion. Rashmi has impacted more than 70+ organisations to be more inclusive workplace through her consulting work. She also leads the Research practice of Biz Divas authoring reports like “ Women on Boards” & “ Inclusion in India Inc”. She is currently working on “Future of Work” and also building a tool to measure the Inclusion Index of India Inc. She is passionate about promoting Inclusion at all levels and has been a key influencer in various policy decisions at the national level in the country. She is a respected speaker on issues of “Unconscious Bias”, “Building Inclusive Workspaces” and “Women Leadership”. She lives between Mumbai and Dhaka leading Biz Divas Bangladesh chapter championing the cause of women leaders both in corporate and social world.
